  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 medium granny smith apple cut and chopped into small bites
  • 2 large medjool dates-pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
    Bake in the oven at 350
  • Mix in a large bowl, oats, walnuts, apple, dates, raisins, oat milk, water, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, flaxseed

  • Line a 3 x 6 inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray.
  • Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the liquid is completely absorbed and the oats are golden brown.
  • Serve warm or cold.
