Notes

Tips for the Best Smoothie:

  • Use frozen blueberries or pineapple for a naturally chilled smoothie without watering it down.
  • Make it a meal replacement by adding a scoop of vegan protein powder, chia seeds, or hemp seeds.
  • For a creamier texture, blend avocado first with the almond milk before adding other ingredients.

Variations and Add-Ons

The beauty of smoothies is their versatility. Here are a few ways to customize this plant-based smoothie to suit your taste:
  • Green Protein Boost: Add a scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder for a post-workout meal.
  • Nutty Flavor: Toss in a tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter for extra creaminess and protein.
  • Citrus Twist: Add a splash of orange juice along with lemon for a tropical citrus flavor.
  • Seed Power: Sprinkle in chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp seeds for added fiber, protein, and omega-3s.
