Grinch Marshmallow Pops – A Fun & Festive Christmas Treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Vegan Marshmallows Dandies or Yummallo Brand
  • 1 1/2 cups Vegan White Chocolate Chips
  • 1-2 tsp Coconut oil (to thin chocolate) (or use matcha powder for tint)
  • 1-2 drops Green Natural Food Coloring
  • 12 paper lollipop sticks or cake pop sticks

Decorations

  • 12 small Red Candy Hearts
  • Vegan Holiday Sprinkles (red, white, green)
  • Optional: Melted Vegan Dark Chocolate for facial details

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Workstation
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow — about halfway through.

  • Melt the Vegan Chocolate
    In a heat-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals (microwave) or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  • Add Color
    Stir in the green food coloring or matcha powder until you achieve your desired “Grinch” shade of green.

  • Dip the Marshmallows
    Holding the stick, dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Gently tap off excess chocolate.

  • Decorate the Pops
    Place each dipped pop on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Quickly press a red candy heart onto each one before the chocolate sets.
    Add festive sprinkles or draw little Grinch faces using melted dark chocolate and a toothpick (optional).

    Place the tray in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  • Serve & Enjoy
    Display them in a mug, festive jar, or foam block covered in red and green paper. Perfect for movie night or gifting!
