Instructions
Prep Your WorkstationLine a baking sheet with parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow — about halfway through.
Melt the Vegan ChocolateIn a heat-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals (microwave) or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
Add ColorStir in the green food coloring or matcha powder until you achieve your desired “Grinch” shade of green.
Dip the MarshmallowsHolding the stick, dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Gently tap off excess chocolate.
Decorate the PopsPlace each dipped pop on the parchment-lined baking sheet.Quickly press a red candy heart onto each one before the chocolate sets.Add festive sprinkles or draw little Grinch faces using melted dark chocolate and a toothpick (optional).
ChillPlace the tray in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
